Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manpower service provider industry. Proven experience in managing a team and handling client relationships.
Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of local labor laws and industry regulations.
