• Bachelor's degree in Human resource or related
• With experience as an HR Coordinator is advantage but not required
• Effective HR administration and people management skills
• Exposure in payroll practices
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure
• Highly computer literate
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in all internal and external HR related inquiries or request
• Administer employee evaluation
• Perform payroll functions (attendance management)
• Submit monthly reports ( attrition, and teendance)
• Assist in facilitation of employee labor relations and employee engagement program
• Safekeeping of employee 201 file
