• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field
• With knowledge in Egov facilities SSS/HMDF/EPRS
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks
• Able to multi tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal oriented, organize and a team player
• With good communication skills
• Membership/update registration of all newly-hired employees in SSS/PhilHealth/HDMF/BIR
• Responsible in processing claims/reimbursements in government mandated benefits.
• Releasing of check to employee who availed the government benefits such SSS loan & sickness benefits.
• Preparation of payment for government remittance.
• Preparation of duplicate copy of submitted government report to all clients.
• Conducts new-employee orientation programs related to all company initiated & government mandated benefits.
• Monitors and maintains documents & office supplies needed in benefit section.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by the HR-Admin Supervisor
