JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Enforce various data rules to data domains and business, and ensure high level of data quality, integrity, completeness, consistency, privacy and compliance to business rules by the Data Owners
-Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results for data management best practices
-Demonstrate active ownership of master data domains, processes and procedures
Assists in the development of business-oriented training materials for data owners and key stakeholders
-Responsible for adherence to standards and controls, data quality, problem management, and change management requests
-Work with Data Owner and business stakeholders to establish synergies, standardization & best practices
-Ensure that user requests are addressed and closed effectively and efficiently
-Ensure changes are documented and processed in a timely fashion
-Drive future initiatives focused on system enhancements that create a combination of better customer experience
