Job Title    : COMPANY NURSE
Location    : FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Qualification:

  • Must be a registered nurse
  • Training certification under OHNAP and DOLE is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct site visitations
  • Willing to work in FPIP Sto Tomas Batangas

 

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
  • Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
  • Review pre-employment medical results
  • Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month
  • Assist company physician if any and as needed
  • Document medical records with utmost confidentiality
  • Facilitate and assist on hospitalization needs of all regular employees
  • Assist Records Controller in receiving pre-employment requirements of new trainees/hires
  • Assist the Health and Benefits Specialist in the preparation, execution, and continuous improvement of any Health and Wellness initiatives of the Company
  • Educate employees about health promotion and prevention
  • Perform other duties as may be required by management from time to time or as the situation dictates
